A Contemporary Business Hotel by KSA Design Studio.
Located in the rapidly developing corridor of Bangalore, LA Classic is a refined hospitality destination designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. Conceived as an upscale 100-key hotel, the project combines efficient planning, contemporary design, and warm hospitality to create a comfortable yet elegant guest experience.
The architectural approach focused on creating a modern and inviting environment that balances functionality with a sense of understated luxury. The building form is designed with clean lines and a well-articulated façade, presenting a strong urban presence while maintaining a welcoming arrival sequence for guests.
Arrival and Lobby Experience
The hotel opens into a grand atrium lobby that sets the tone for the guest experience. Carefully curated materials, warm lighting, and comfortable seating areas create a vibrant social space that acts as the central hub of the property. The lobby integrates reception, lounge seating, and visual connections to other public areas, enhancing spatial openness and ease of navigation.
Dining and Social Spaces
