MARG VISWASHAKTI

Vishwashakthi is an ambitious 15-acre integrated mixed-use township in the sacred city of Tirupati, masterplanned by KSA Design Studio for Marg Properties. Encompassing over 11 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, it stands as one of the largest single mixed-use developments in the region, expertly balancing four distinct zones: Semi-Public, Commercial, Educational, and Residential.
The township features a world-class 1,000-seat convention center, a 150-unit service apartment block with single and double-bedroom configurations, an international residential school, and a premium residential zone with 2- and 3-BHK apartments served by a dedicated clubhouse. Ground-level retail, food courts, and daily conveniences line the main central spine, anchoring community life. By strategically positioning the residential towers along the site periphery, the masterplan opens up 75% of the land for a lush central landscape featuring sports courts, water features, green lawns, and pedestrian-friendly paved pathways—embodying KSA Design Studio’s signature approach to holistic, human-centric urban design.
